Temporary Employment - Includes temporary, temp to perm, contract employment, and any other contingent staffing services.

Telecommunication Expenses - Includes local, long distance, data lines, internet access, calling cards, conference calling, video conferencing, wireless devices (phones & PDA's), and phone systems.

Shipping Services - Includes overnight air delivery, ground delivery, courier services, freight, LTL and heavy-weight domestic and international freight and containers.

Refreshment Services - Includes equipment rentals (coffee, water, vending), coffee, water, other beverages, kitchen supplies and snacks.

Payroll Services -Includes all of the charges associated with payroll processing fees including: base charges, "per pay" charges, check reconciliation, check stuffing, check signing, 24-hour service, payroll delivery, direct deposit, 401k and other miscellaneous fees.

Outside Printing - Includes printed materials such as business cards, letterhead, labels, stationery, forms, other repeat printed materials and promotional items.

Off-Site Document Storage - Includes a review of every cost component associated with this expense including: cost per square foot, retrievals, removals, pick-ups, re-files, scheduled deliveries, shredding and other miscellaneous service fees.

Office Supplies - Includes general office supplies, toner, paper, packaging supplies.

Office Furniture - Includes all office furniture, file cabinets and other office furniture purchases and rentals.

Office Equipment - Includes all types of copiers, scanners, printers, facsimile and mailing equipment expenses, in addition to the associated equipment maintenance agreements, service and supply expenses.

Janitorial & Cleaning Supplies - Includes expense negotiations for cleaning supplies and cleaning services.

HVAC - Includes all aspects of outsourced heating, ventilation and air condition systems, including maintenance and repair agreements, all parts, equipment and labor expenses.

Computer Hardware & Software - Includes computer hardware, software and peripheral purchases, maintenance agreements, leasing agreements, and licensing agreements.

Outsourced Copy Services & Facilities Management - Includes bundled services (usually under a single contract) with expenses such as copiers, facsimile equipment, printers, and mail equipment in addition to service, supplies, maintenance and parts for the equipment, personnel, outsourced copy services and financing.
