Outsourced Copy Services & Facilities Management - Includes bundled services (usually under a single contract) with expenses such as copiers, facsimile equipment, printers, and mail equipment in addition to service, supplies, maintenance and parts for the equipment, personnel, outsourced copy services and financing.

Telecommunication Expenses - Includes local, long distance, data lines, internet access, calling cards, conference calling, video conferencing, wireless devices (phones & PDA's), and phone systems.

HVAC - Includes all aspects of outsourced heating, ventilation and air condition systems, including maintenance and repair agreements, all parts, equipment and labor expenses.
