Donald Steiner founded Profit Recovery Partners (PRP) in 1997 and serves as CEO. Since the firm’s inception, Don has managed the growth of PRP and expanded its impressive base of clients to include FORTUNE 1000 clients and an assortment of middle-market companies. He has built the firm on core values that serve the client first and created a culture based on innovation, trust and bottom-line results. Before starting PRP, Don spent more than a decade in the office equipment industry. Don held sales management and executive positions at FKM Copier Products, where he was instrumental in growing revenues. Earlier, he worked for Canon USA in a variety of sales roles. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. He also is the founder of the Two Masters Wine Club and Steiner Innovations, the maker of the infant sun shade “Sweet Baby Shade.”


Jeremy Linehan joined PRP in May 2001 and serves as President. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President, Practice Groups and Vice President, Solutions Management. During his tenure at PRP, he oversaw the growth of the Solutions Management department and PRP’s eight practice groups, and was responsible for the creation of renewable client value programs, the management of leveraged client spend, and new methods of client savings reporting. Prior to PRP, Jeremy held sales and marketing positions in the building and construction industry. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA).



Darren Phipps joined PRP in July 2002 and serves as Executive Vice President of Solutions Management. He is responsible for the management and continued enhancement of the client services programs managed by the firm. Over the past 15 years Darren has assumed many roles ranging from Senior Analyst to Senior Director; and with each title and associated responsibility the PRP “client first” approach remained the foundation. Prior to PRP, Darren was with Morgan Stanley holding both financial advisor and financial analyst positions. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Chapman University.


Tyler Brower


Tyler Brower serves as Executive Vice President, Practice Groups, and is responsible for leading the firm’s eight Practice Groups. Since he joined the firm in 2002, he has identified, negotiated and implemented over $650 million in verified cost savings across 40+ expense areas for PRP’s clients. He has also helped drive the expansion of the firm’s expense area expertise, as well as technological innovations and process improvements that have given both PRP and its clients a greater ability to monitor and manage clients’ spend, as part of PRP’s commitment to evolving the firm’s service offerings to stay responsive to clients’ needs. He holds a BS in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Arizona.

Michael Lowe


Michael Lowe joined PRP in July 2015, and is the Vice President of the Strategy Development team. Before joining PRP, he spent more than 20 years in several senior leadership positions at Ricoh Americas and IKON Office Solutions including Sales, Inside Sales, Sales Operations, and Finance in both the United States and Canada. Since joining PRP, he has assisted several of the firm’s Practice Groups’ forays into new expense areas and implementing firm-wide employee incentive programs, while increasing the Logistics practice areas savings growth by 75%. He holds an MBA in International Business from Webster University and a BS in Finance and Management from Southern Illinois University. Additionally, he has completed a Harvard University Executive Leadership Program.


Ryan Schlunz joined PRP in 2019 and serves as Chief Information Officer. Mr. Schlunz is a respected veteran in the legal industry, and before he joined PRP he served as the Chief Administration, Information & Innovation Officer for Stoel Rives LLP, an AmLaw 200 firm with over 350 attorneys and 10 offices across the United States. With over 20 years of experience in the information technology space, Mr. Schlunz is a respected thought leader in the areas of change management, strategic planning and technology & innovation. Mr. Schlunz holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Technology Management & Organizational Leadership from George Fox University and serves on the Board of Directors for several Oregon-based non-profit organizations.


Paul Bottiaux


Paul J. Bottiaux joined PRP in 2017, and serves as Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for overseeing PRP’s accounting and HR functions. Before joining PRP, Mr. Bottiaux served as CFO and VP of Finance for Panasonic Avionics Corporation, the in-flight entertainment technology division of Panasonic. Mr. Bottiaux is well known by his colleagues for his strong background in finding and implementing high-impact cost savings programs, as well as his expertise in the technology and financial industries.  He holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a BS in Business Administration and Finance from California State University, San Diego.



Sarah Chintawat joined PRP in 2018 and serves as Vice President, Human Resources. She is an accomplished, high-energy Human Resources professional with over 15 years of diverse experience drawn from her unique background, and reflected in her out-of-the-box approach to people-centric programs. Ms. Chintawat has worked in both startups and multinational corporations, and has worked closely with C-suite leaders to develop Business Process Optimization initiatives and people strategy programs throughout her entire career. Before joining PRP, she led both the Human Resource Strategic Initiatives and Revenue Generation groups for Panasonic Avionics Corporation, where she leveraged data to create human capital programs and drive quadruple-fold revenue growth. She holds an MBA from San Diego State University and a BS in Business Administration from California State University, Chico.
