Despite the ever-changing nature of the challenges facing businesses today, some discussions always remain relevant. For the last several years at PRP’s Executive Forum, panel discussions about a variety of topics, from workforce management to building top-line revenue, often boil down to a singular issue. That is: how do mature businesses stay competitive in an increasingly volatile and unpredictable business landscape?
This key question will be the focus of this year’s Plenary Panel at the 2017 Executive Forum. And as we’ll discuss with our esteemed panelists, while the age of the dinosaur in the corporate world may be on its way out, it doesn’t mean that mature businesses cannot still thrive in a landscape where the disruptive innovator is king. We’ll be speaking with our panelists about how to respond to business challenges of today and tomorrow with agility and urgency, how to initiate cultural changes necessary to stay at the top, how they see developing technological trends such as Internet of Things and machine learning impacting their business, and what they plan to do to keep up with the changes.
Our panelists for this year’s Plenary Panel include the following distinguished business leaders:
- Doug Benson, Managing Director of Finance, O’Melveny & Myers LLP
- LeeAnn Black, COO, Latham & Watkins
- Phillip Ross, COO, Clark Hill PLC
- Peter Walkey, CFO, Bayshore Healthcare
